Now, Due to the regulations imposed by Reserver Bank of India RBI, any ATM or Debit card can have a free transaction with any Bank ATM center free of cost. This new regulation will be implied from April 1 of 2009 onwards.So every one can enjoy seam less ATM access across the country.
